We know that it's hard with a new shoe brand to decide which size to buy, and people often buy two pairs with the intention of returning the one that doesn't fit. Since Nix + Ness is a small company, returns are hard on us. We are hoping to guide you to the right size the first time around!

Each shoe has sizing information in the description. Some shoes are truer to size, and some are running small. Make sure you read the description for each shoe regarding sizing. You can also check out this size chart from our manufacturer - which will help if you know how long your feet are in Millimeters, or what your EU size is.

Every shoe comes in size US6, 6.5, 7, 7.5, 8, 8.5, 9, 10. We are working with our manufacturer on providing more sizes in the future. Please do let us know if you are interested in a size we don't have - that way we know how many to order once we can carry extended sizes!

For the Memberships, please give us 5-10 business days to get your card to you!

Our shoes will be available to ship as of November 3, 2023. Once you place an order, we will have the shoes in the mail in 5-7 business days.

We hope you love your shoes and please make sure to read the question above regarding sizing. But if you need to return your shoes, please log in to your customer account, where you can follow the instructions for returns. If you do not have an account, or you have questions, please email us at hello@nixandness.com with "RETURN" in the subject matter. All returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the shoes.

We will then send you shipping label for you to return your shoes. Once we receive the returned shoes, and ensure that they are in the same condition as we sent them in, we will issue you a refund for the shoes minus the shipping cost. The refund must go back to the original form of payment.

If you wish to exchange, email hello@nixandness.com with "EXCHANGE" in the subject line. In your email please state what style and size you would like to exchange for. We will then send you a return label for the original shoes. Once we have received your return and verified the condition of the shoes, we will send you the new pair.
