Can you believe we’re already midway through August? It feels like just yesterday we were welcoming the new year, and now, here we are, more than halfway through 2024! So much has happened in just these few months, and we are beyond excited about what the future holds for Nix & Ness. From launching new lines to participating in national events, our journey has been nothing short of incredible already, and we’re forecasting amazing things in the near future!
Colorado markets have been an amazing way for us to meet the community and share the Nix & Ness spirit. We've had the pleasure of participating in the Aspen Grove Night BAZAAR, Big Wonderful Winter Park, and The Downtown Littleton Night BAZAAR, each of which was an absolute blast. These events not only allow us to connect with new friends but also help us spread the word about our small, women-owned business, and the message we aim to spread through each and every sole. We loved every moment and are thrilled to continue our journey and become more of a fixture in the Colorado community. If you’ve been keeping up with our social media, you know that N&N founder Liz took a trip to our women-owned production facility in China earlier this year in May. She finalized two new lines, which include 12 fabulous styles including sneakers, sandals, and the cutest pink heels that are perfect for the dance floor. As always, our new collection will feature motivational quotes for your soul from your sole, including those from inspiring figures like Anna May Wong and Isadora Duncan. This year, the Nix & Ness team has been making waves at various Business-to-Business wholesale expos and markets. We’ve attended the Footwear Show New York Expo, the Dallas Apparel and Accessories Market (TWICE!), and the Atlanta shoe market so far, and hope to attend more in the future to keep spreading the word about N&N. It’s been amazing to see all the cool new styles other brands are bringing to the table, meet fellow creators, and gather valuable insights that will help us grow as a company.
